At Chérie, we want you to love your gold. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for standard, non-personalized items. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with any included documentation. Standard designs remain eligible even when they are produced after you order.
Non-returnable items
Unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized, engraved, and custom-made pieces created to your individual specifications (for example names, initials, or dates).
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@cheriegold.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with approval and return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Return shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked and insured service and keeping proof of shipment.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from your confirmed order, email hello@cheriegold.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including any necessary return shipping and replacement delivery. This also applies to personalized items.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a right to a refund, repair, cancellation, or another remedy, those rights remain unaffected.
