Thank you for shopping with Chérie. Orders are packed and shipped from California, United States.
Production & preparation
Please allow 1–3 business days for production and preparation before your order ships.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in total from the order date, including production, preparation, and shipping. The 1–3 business day preparation period is included in this total, not added to it. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, and destination conditions may extend delivery. Any dates shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates subject to these conditions.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of US$400 or more. Below US$400, the standard flat rate is US$25 within the United States and US$30 to supported European destinations, Canada, and Australia. Additional carrier-calculated services may be shown at checkout. The available services and final shipping charge are displayed before payment; local-currency amounts may vary with conversion.
Free shipping covers transportation only and does not include import duties, import taxes, customs clearance, or carrier handling fees.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email hello@cheriegold.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance or carrier brokerage/disbursement fees, where applicable, are not collected at checkout and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or relevant authority. These charges are separate from shipping charges, including when shipping is free.
The recipient is responsible for providing information requested for import clearance and paying applicable import charges. Customs processing may delay delivery. Please check your destination country's import requirements before ordering and contact us if you have questions. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
