Thank you for shopping with Chérie. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is typically 7–10 business days from the order date, depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping, when offered, is applied automatically.

Order tracking

Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your order. If tracking hasn't updated after several business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email hello@cheriegold.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
