Personalization & Weight
Each piece is made to your selected personalization and size. Gold weight varies with the name, lettering, dimensions, chain style, and length; listed weights are approximate.
The number of lab-grown diamonds and total carat weight vary with the chosen lettering, dimensions, and final design. A single fixed carat weight does not apply to every personalized piece.
Returns & Replacements
Personalized pieces cannot be returned for change of mind or customer-entered spelling or sizing preferences. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or different from your confirmed order, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost after review. Shipping & Returns
Production and preparation take 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in total from the order date, including production and shipping. The preparation period is included in this total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are packed and shipped from California. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs or carrier delays.
Standard, non-personalized jewelry is eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized pieces and pierced earrings have different return conditions. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain covered.
