Returns & Replacements
Standard, non-personalized pieces are eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery when unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost after review. Production and preparation take 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in total from the order date, including production and shipping. The preparation period is included in this total. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are packed and shipped from California. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs or carrier delays.
Standard, non-personalized jewelry is eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized pieces and pierced earrings have different return conditions. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain covered.
