If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost after review. Orders are packed and shipped from California. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs or carrier delays.
