Materials & Quality
Is your jewelry really solid gold?
Yes. Every piece is crafted in solid 14K gold — yellow, rose, or white. We never use plating or vermeil, so your piece won't tarnish, flake, or fade, and it's safe for sensitive skin.
What stones do you use?
Our diamond designs use lab-grown diamonds as specified on each product page. For personalized designs, the number of diamonds and total carat weight vary with the chosen name, lettering, dimensions, and design. Gold weight also varies with personalization, chain style, and size; listed weights are approximate. Pearl designs use freshwater pearls where specified.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely — that's what it's designed for. Solid 14K gold is durable enough for daily wear. To keep it at its best, remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools and avoid direct contact with perfume or harsh chemicals. Polish gently with a soft cloth.
Orders & Personalization
How long does my order take?
Production takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in total from the order date, including production. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
How does personalization work?
Choose your metal, length, and personalization details (name, initials, or date) on the product page. Our team crafts each personalized piece especially for your order. Double-check spelling before checkout — personalized pieces are made exactly as entered.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@cheriegold.com as soon as possible. If your piece hasn't entered production yet, we'll happily make changes.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, to every destination we ship to. Every order ships with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship free to the United States, the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, with prices shown in your local currency. International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes.
What is your return policy?
Standard, non-personalized items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized, engraved, and custom-made pieces (names, initials, dates) and, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can't be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email hello@cheriegold.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including any necessary shipping. This also applies to personalized items, and your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Warranty & Authenticity
Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes — every Chérie piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, such as a failed clasp, a broken solder joint, or a diamond that loosens because of a setting defect. Approved warranty repairs ship free both ways.
Does my piece come with a certificate?
Yes. Every order ships with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming 14K solid gold and, where applicable, the lab-grown diamonds in your piece.
What does the lifetime gold guarantee mean?
Every piece is 14K solid gold, exactly as described. If a Chérie piece is ever found not to be 14K solid gold, we will refund the full purchase price — for life.
