If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost after review. Orders are packed and shipped from California with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs or carrier delays.

Standard, non-personalized jewelry is eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized pieces and pierced earrings have different return conditions. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain covered.
