Returns & Replacements
Standard, non-personalized pieces are eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery when unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost after review. Free shipping on every order — no minimum. Production and preparation take 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in total from the order date, including production and shipping. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are packed and shipped from California with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs or carrier delays.
Every piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity and is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
Standard, non-personalized jewelry is eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized pieces and pierced earrings have different return conditions. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain covered.
